Sopil was formed by René Lebaut in 1961.
The firm started trading as a tool making business and extended its activity
to stamping small parts from copper, brass, bronze beryllium
and various alloys used in connectors.
Sectors concerned: automotive, electricity industry, telephony,
rail, aeronautic, medical, appliances.
The company employs 100 people and now occupies 7,500 m² of covered premises.
It manages over 1,600 listed articles/parts, producing 10,000 to several million units,
in a range of 800 different raw materials.
Quality, price and lead times are the three key criteria that Sopil employs
to generate customer loyalty and ensure the company grows.
